Sauro Motel Launches!
August 27th, 2007Overview
Bobby Sauro. Writer. Lawyer. Fabulous client! It was my great pleasure to work with two fabulously talented guys, Bob (writer) and Mark Andresen (illustrator). We had a great time working on this site, it was created from scratch - literally. Bob brought in drawings of what he was envisioning for the site, a portal for his collection of writings. Mark and I worked with his ideas to bring them to life on the web. Thanks Mark for an awesome job! Read the rest of this entry »
Buckhead Memories
August 1st, 2007Overview
launch site
This is a fun little site created to commemorate on of the biggest partying spots in Atlanta - Buckhead Village. It’s being demolished and rebuilt as a high-end retail district. I have a feeling these new buildings are going to have some old boozer ghosts running around in them.

Client Goals
- Create an energetic, nightclub visual effect.
- Create using Wordpress, so users can create their own posts.
- Client wanted a blog that didn’t necessarily look like a blog.
- Integrate Google AdSense.
Challenges Overcome
- The biggest challenge overcome was making the usability such that a user of any skill level can enter their stories onto the site easily.
And for heaven's sake don't forget the fried food. Yes - my creative juices are very high in cholesterol - but it fear not - they fuel spry and healthy work!
